DHS | Secure Room Construction & Renovation

Responsible for the Construction and Project Management of Multiple DHS Locations, in both the United States and International Sites. These projects, built to individual location requirements, include: Open and Closed Storage Facilities, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), Fusion Centers/HSDN Rooms, Secure Server Rooms, Command Centers, General Class A Office Space and Special Purpose Facilities. Work performed includes:

• Demolition: Ceiling; Interior Wall; Door and Door Frames
• Interior Painting: Hard Ceilings; Walls; Door and Door Frames
• Wall and Ceiling (Hard and Tile) Construction
• Installation of Doors, Door Hardware and Door Frames
• Overhead Platform Construction, Wood and/or Metal
• Installation of Physical and Acoustical Ventilation Ducts
• Installation of Electrical Circuits, Conference Call Displays, Access Control and Alarm Systems
• HVAC Modification and/or Upgrades
